"This house was great and very comfortable for our family. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again! - The location of this house is perfect. It is directly across from the beach and beach access. We were there for Spring Break and the street was pretty quiet. The beach is also very wide, so there was plenty of space for everyone. - The views of the gulf in the house are amazing. - The house was very clean when we arrived. As a mom of two little kids, I was also very appreciative of the brooms provided on each level. - We loved the huge balconies. - The house was built for large gatherings. There is plenty of space to be all together and plenty of places to go to get a little quiet time. The washer and dishwasher are also large capacity, so it makes it easier for big groups. - The pool was extremely safe and secure. You don’t have to worry about kids being able to access it from inside the house and the fence is locked. - The pool heater was worth every penny for our stay. The pool was the perfect for our family to enjoy while our daughter napped. - I love a tiled beach house cause it’s easy to keep clean, but with little ones I was a little concerned it would be slick - especially the stairs. It is not. The tile has texture and we didn’t have any issues. - There is plenty of parking. - The area underneath the house is wonderful for kids to play while it’s raining or to get out of the sun for a little bit. We really enjoyed the picnic table too. - We have rented many beautiful homes in Florida and all over the Caribbean, but the owner of this house was the kindest we’ve worked with. The rental company was also very easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip!"
