"Very rude I was looking for a cologne for my boyfriend obviously it’s Valentine’s Day and we went after dinner and this lady working there an older lady with cracked makeup was just watching us down since we got there I had a mark jacobs tote bag with me and the lady complimented it she just kept eyeing me ,(I used the bag to cover my food baby as I was wearing a tighter fitting dress and was very full from dinner )and my bf the whole time we were looking for items and I came across a travel sized Valentino spray and said okay I like this ima get this instead of the sol de janero spray I picked up before hand and the same worker came up to me saying u can’t take that my security team Said you need a basket and so We were like ok that’s fine so I got One and she was just starring at me the entire time and I could tell my boyfriend was feeling very uncomfy by her mind you we were waiting abt 10-15 minutes for another worker to come back w the cologne my man wanted so he’s like let’s just leave I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated and I think they coulda went about things in a professional matter when me not my boyfriend did anything wrong had a very unpleasant experience with such a unprofessional staff"

"I was killing time untill dentist appointment. I was greeted with a smile as the lady with brown hair, yellow shirt and brown pants. I thanked her for a cart to use. I had gone to J C. Penny's but they don't open until 11am. So, Kohl's got my money. I was shopping for boys clothes, but always looking for bargain for the grandkids. There bathrooms were clean and stocked. There is a men's, women's and family. So, many Christmas stuff on sale it was hard to stay away from this. I did find a shirt and some Christmas ornaments for them. Have to send early since, Spectrum said that parcels should be in the mail by Nov right after Thanksgiving. So, don't wait. I was 10th in line with 4 registers open, and waited 10 mins. Not bad! I was called over by Carmen and she wrapped each Christmas ornaments separately. This was awesome, thinking of others is a plus in my book. She and I looked for a coupon on my email and that was awesome too! I had a special experience today at Kohl's. Thank you! Wish we had one closer to my hometown, will have to come back when I go to the dentist again,."
