"Took over six month to get my bag. When I got it the strap was not sewn well at all. It was already coming apart in multiple spots when I opened the box. I called them to get it replaced and they said I had to send it back. So I did and also to have them change something on the bag. Fast forward a couple months and I never heard anything and I called again. Said they ever received it but my tracking number said it was delivered to their address a week after I sent it. They said they would get a new one made for me. Another couple months go by and I still haven’t received anything. So I call again and they have no record of any of it. They said they would look into it more. Never heard from them for almost 3 weeks until I called again and they still had no clue about my order. It has now been a year and a half and nothing has been done even after multiple emails and calls with showing the emails I have from before as proof. Every time I called or emailed they would just say they would look into it, but would never hear back. They never offered a refund or made me a new bag. So very disappointed as I did love the bag."
