"I spend half hour to get Jacket It was 69.99$ At the cage they told me 140$ some 9ne put it wrong even it was kids jacket they put at mens and they waste my time and not honored the price call the manager Kenyon he just told me go away he is not gonna honored the price it's not his problem that i waste 30 minutes"

"Make sure you keep your receipt! The Backstage section doesn't participate in the no hassle return labels that keeps me shopping at Macy's. I learned this the hard way today when I tried to return my items and only got half back for not having the receipt."

"I was looking forward to visiting the new #Backstage at The Falls Macy's , the prices are low but quality is too. The worst part was the customer service/ cashiers employees of #Backstage store, totally rude, disrespectful, and not helpful. I went yesterday and bought a couple of items. My experience yesterday very disturbing because of the of the way the cashier treated me. Today I went back to return an item, again I was treated very rudely. lack of professionalism and customer service skills to say the least."

"Most items were priced higher than the other popular discount/outlet stores. Cheap brands clothing being sold at prices higher than other department stores. Shoes and handbags of very poor quality, look flimsy, as well as the toys and accessories. Will not lose the time shopping at this store buying cheap, flimsy items sold at high prices and with a return policy of 30 days. It's better to spend the time shopping at Nordstrom rack where good quality items of high end designers are being sold at low discounted prices and it has a 90 days return policy. Unless Macy's backstage improves its pricing and marketing strategies, these stores will not be able to beat the competitors' pricing and will lose more customers on the long run."
