Dillard's

"This is a nice Dillard’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Dillard’s is four stories tall and is divided into a men’s section on the first floor, perfume section on the second floor, women’s section on the third floor, and kids section on the fourth floor. The men’s section has a nice selection of suit jackets, Hugo Boss, and Ralph Lauren. The second floor possesses a vast array of different perfume and cologne brands. The third floor has purses, dresses, and womens shoes. The fourth floor has some miscellaneous items, kids clothes, and booster seats for children. They had one baby carrier for a car that folds out into a stroller, which is quite innovative. While I was looking at this stroller and reading its safety manual, an employee asked me if I needed assistance. I gave this Dillard’s five stars because it has a nice selection of products."

"Irma Clarke who works at Galleria Mall Dillard's for Ladies Shoes is very kind and very helpful. She takes the time to get to know her customer needs and deal in a product in confidence."

"I absolutely love this store and the way that all workers treat me the moment I walk in! I’ve bought a lot of perfumes and absolutely recommend buying with Ana in the perfumes department, also is very interesting how she personally took in my phone number to let me know about the best events the store has had and they constantly keep in contact. I’ve opened a credit card with them and this store has became my favorite. 10/10"

"I was very disappointed leaving dillards today with my 1 year old. I won a contest that the mall was hosting and I got stopped in dillards and was accused of stealing merchandise. I was only in the store for 1 minute to pass through to get to my car. The security guard stopped me and told me that I HAD to pay for the merchandise that I won and I told him that I won these things through the contest the mall was having. I was so embarrassed and I walked to guest services to advise them that this is true. After guest services tells them I go back inside and some employee in the front of the store are laughing. This is not the right way to do loss prevention and I’m so disappointed on how this was handled."

"I don’t review often, and when I do I usually try and leave positive reviews only but this needs to be said. I came in to buy a suit for an important interview. I spent nearly an hour browsing the men’s department. Not one sales clerk came to assist. There is MOLD and MILDEW everywhere on the clothes and displays. $595 retail for a “tailored” suit and it’s got mildew on it on the rack. Grossed out, not helped or even greeted, I’m outta here."
