"The store is neat and clean, but the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in some time. Sales people are reluctant to help customers and the cashier and store manager tried to ignore my requests to honor a store website issued coupon. Eventually they had no choice but to accept it as I was clearly in the right and they had to acknowledge their mistake. Truly a shame as I’ve shopped at this store for years and always had a pleasant experience."
