Today 2/5/22 around 2pm (so maybe you can figure out who you need to train) Me and my bf picked out 5 underwear each since the men and woman's section had a deal 5 for $28. The cashier ran up the men’s underwear and it came out to $54 (she hasn’t rung up mine yet) We showed the cashier the clear sign 5 for $28 and all she says is that she doesn’t know and it rang up as so and so price. She says how 2 rang up at $5.99 and 3 rang up as $12.95 but they are all the same underwear but different colors. We ask which ones are on sale so we can get the deal and she just says “I don’t know”. We were just standing there awkwardly going in circles asking what the deal is and which ones trying to get her to help us so we can make the purchase. No offer to find a solution, no getting a manager to confirm just “I don’t know” as the answer to our questions. We decided to just leave without buying anything. Aren’t you supposed to put in a code or something for discounts? I checked online and I attached a screenshot of the exact underwear my bf was getting. 5 for $28….. Please train your employees."
