"I called the owner to ask if someone else could pick up my dress and was yelled at to not waste her time by calling and asking this because she had another customer she was working with. It was a 30 second courtesy call to make sure I wouldn't waste anyone time by sending someone who was unable to pick up my dress. I have no idea how this woman keeps business speaking to people like this but I wouldn't recommend here."

"Pina expertly altered an expensive British Covert Coat from Cordings of London to achieve the perfect fit and length all whilst preserving detailed accent stitching. She also added custom silk button loops to the inner liner to account for the occasions when the overcoat isn't being worn over a proper/heavy suit. Worth every penny and the work was done in just under three days, despite being given 10 days notice. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this experience."

"I went in with a men's polo that needed to be altered in pretty much four different ways in order to be made smaller, and I was greeted by one of the kindest women I've ever met. I asked if she wanted me to pay before or after, and she made a point of insisting that I never even consider paying before seeing a finished product in any situation. Two days later I return to find my altered polo that was perfect in every way (especially the hems; they looked 100% natural). I recommend this business to everyone and I will definitely go back if I ever have any clothing related problems that need fixing. By the way, a few Yelp reviews mention a horribly rude woman that ruined a few people's clothing. The woman I've described here is Pina, the owner and the woman the business is named after. It is currently January 8th, 2016; I have to assume those few reviews are from a long time ago describing an old employee or perhaps they're describing a different business, because everyone I interacted with at Pina on both of my visits were incredibly kind and helpful, so DO NOT trust the bad reviews on Yelp! Pina very clearly puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows :)"

"I've been to two tailors, Pina was my third. I was discouraged at first as it appears to be a women's clothing storefront. However, walk in and ask about alterations, and Pina her self will appears from the back who has a huge factory like alteration shop at the back of the store for both women and men. This person seriously seem to have been the most genuine individual in my 30 years of life. She altered my suit to my spec and did it with great ease. Shes a professional who doesn't need to boast. Give her a try, you'll be impressed."
