"Had a very negative experience! The item had a defect that I didn’t notice immediately when I bought it, and when I returned to show it to the store there was only one seller. Her supervisor was no longer at her workplace at 5 PM, she answered on the phone that she couldn’t help! Without even seeing the product! After which I left this item in the store, asked to show it to the supervisor and give me an answer by phone or email. A week passed and no one answered me!"

I went in momentarily to find something for my daughters wedding, she searched until she found the right size and style and even showed me extra bridal body suits I didn’t even know I needed for her bridal shower and she was so gracious and helpful she even offered to measure my youngest daughter and we walked out with some items for her as well ! "Rude, unknowledgeable, unwilling to help After 20 years shopping in Intimissimi and being thrilled to finally see this store being opened in the US I was treated with such disrespect. Actually I have never been treated so badly in any store ever before. Very rude, very aggressive Store Manager did not even let me finish talking. "This is not Intimissimi! It must be more than 10 years old! We do not exhange or return money!" were her only words. Without even examining the underwear pieces that fell apart. I did exactly what I was told by Intimissimi customer service to do as, I misplaced my receipt that I have never needed to use for a return before. I am still confused by the Store Manager's behavior."
