"My return was one day out of the window and the cashier was pretty rude about it. Not sure why they can't issue a gift card. Nordstrom Rack quality and customer service has fallen hard. This store specifically has terrible inventory as well. Better off going to Marshall's down the street LOL"

"The store and selection is good, but the staff and manager are very rude and unprofessional. I tried to return a gift I got for my b-day which I didn’t have the receipt for but had the nordstrom tag and bag. The cashier was super rude when she said no, and then the manager agreed to exchange the item but was very rude in both her tone and said “this is the last time we will do a favor for you.” Terrible experience. I exchanged the item, but frankly left with no wish to return any time soon. A shame because I shop here regularly…"

"I was so pleasantly surprised at how organized all the sizes were & how clean the store & carts were. Also almost no clutter, the store was almost perfectly organized. Shout out to Ashley the floor manager, put some respect on her & her team's work!!!! Jessica D, one of the managers was great at checkout. I loooovvveee an easy check out experience without being rushed!!! I felt like a respected customer."

"Clothing items are lacking. A lot of old and unattractive styles. Not enough sandals in larger sizes. Service is seriously lacking. No one smiled or said hello. A male employee gave me a nasty stare several times and it felt tense and unwelcoming. Worst rack experience and I’ve shopped at many locations nationwide"
