"I had a horrible experience with the manager, Tatiana, who was screaming at me on the phone. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was there to quickly pick up some pieces I pulled for a photoshoot, and I had confirmation from the brand who had notified ODDS of the pickup. I showed them the confirmation email and tried to slowly explain everything, but the manager, Tatiana, was screaming at me and wouldn't let me speak. I got to the point where I just left without the pieces, but she kept screaming angrily, as if she had no idea about the pickup. This was the first time I had ever spoken to her or been to this store, and definitely the last. Please learn to treat your future customers and collaborators better, this was embarrassing."

"This is by far the coolest store I have ever been to. Amazing clothes, beautiful ambiance, and amazing customer service by Tatiana. She went out of her way to show me new styles, and introduce me to amazing pieces that were outside of my comfort zone. Even leaving Miami, Tatiana is still clientelling me and showing me new items that would look good on me. This level of service is difficult to find nowaways. I can't wait for my next purchases and to return to this store ASAP!"
