"I’ve read through some of the other reviews and I’m shocked to see people having such bad experiences there. My experience there was lovely. I got a hat for my dad and it was very good quality and comfortable. The customer service was good, nothing absolutely spectacular but they were polite, helpful and friendly. We had a small chat and I left happy. Perhaps going there in rush hours where people finish work and school and there are many customers, they get a bit stressed and impatient so they might come of as rude. But the clothes themselves are good. My experience here was great so if anyone has a bad experience I recommend going again at a time where there’s not many people."
