"LOVE intermix and shop regularly. Absolutely avoid this location though. Very rude staff, there is a short woman there who is perhaps rudest of them all. I shop online or at the Bal Harbor location (courteous staff)."

"Very disappointed in the service. I went in and was not greeted, didn’t even get a glance up from any of the associates. I found a very cute top but was ignored by the 2 ladies in the store. Needless to say I will never return nor will I ever purchase anything from this brand. It’s unfortunate you don’t teach your sales associates better customer service as the prices are high and in order for many customers to 1. Purchase and 2. continue to purchase it’s about the experience not always the price. Not sure if gym clothes and tennis shoes signifies you can’t afford shopping at this store…moral of the story even women in gym clothes have money to spend it just won’t be at this store!"
