"This is a bittersweet review mostly sweet. Several years ago, a friend of mine living in your area brought me there and I bought a half a dozen shirts. The styles, the comfort. The quality is amazing. However, I live in New York and for some bizarre reason you guys do not ship or I cannot order over the Internet so therefore I’ve become a huge Robert and Graham fan. I literally purchased 50 of those a year and they are competitive with you guys but I will prefer The nuances of Havana nines and when in the world are you going to get in to shipping through online ? I am the guy on the right and that’s one of my favourite Hattan shirts, one of my first purchases"

"Buyers Beware!!!I’m a local who lives across the street and I just went to exchange a shirt that was given to me as a birthday gift for a larger size and the employee told me they could not exchange the shirt without a receipt. I told her it was a gift and I saw the same shirt on the rack in front of me and she said she could not enter an exchange without a receipt. If you’re a customer who buys something at this store as a gift please beware that your purchase is not exchangeable or returnable. To top it off the employees were rude and nasty. That’s why I see Going Out of Business signs everywhere for the last few months."
