"Worst product on the market. I ordered pants from this company 2 times. I bought 2 pair each time. Both times the pants were fully torn at the seams Clearly they don't double stitch the seams. No one responds to phone or email messages. I can't believe they are still in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"UPDATE: a representative called me recently, and not only resolved my complaint by sending my order, he also gave me a free item for the inconvenience. It sounds like the company is maybe in a transition period perhaps? Whatever the issue, the gentleman that resolved the issue was very helpful, and kind. This company (if you could even call it a company) is a scam. Do not order from them! You will get nothing, but they will gladly take your money. I ordered two yoga pants from them nearly a month ago, and have not received anything. I have tried contacting the company via email, and phone calls, with no response back. I've contacted the better business bureau , and am awaiting help from them. Again, this company is a scam. Please do not waste your time and money!"

"This is a brand to avoid. Under the "yoga wellbeing" label they actually don't care about the customer at all. I purchased an item online and the price I paid didn't include a large portion of the fedex fees! So I'm now being chased by fedex as Om Shanthi decided not to pay that part and pass it on to the customer (me). The price you pay with Om Shanthi is not the full price as the surprise comes after. When I wrote to them about the issue they totally ignored me! Don't buy from them! Fake namastes don't replace transparency and respect for the customer!!! BTW they deleted their Facebook page - probably because they were getting terrible reviews!"

"I would give a 0 star if I could! Do not buy from here! It is a scam. I ordered a pair of leggings on April 2nd and paid an additional $18.95 for two day shipping. After a few days I hadn't heard anything from the store about the status of my order. I called multiple times and emailed. Finally I received an email back from Joel (the owner I assume) on April 8th saying that they could no longer manufacture those leggings and that I would be receiving a credit. It is now April 20th - I have emailed and called numerous times and STILL have not received a credit. I can't even get a response back by email or phone. There goes over $100."
