"When I went in here the store was empty on a Saturday @4:45 p.m. No1 acknowledge my presence after about 10 min. I asked to some1 to check if there was another color for a wallet, the guy said let me check in back and totally forgot that I asked for help. I went and asked another guy the same thing and got the same reaction from him. Meanwhile the girl at the register argued w/ a customer about weather or not she wore a garment and that she wasn't gonna exchange it for a new one. At the end of the day I could've just walked out with whatever I had in my hand cause no1 was paying any attention to what I was doing. Rude, inconsiderate and incapable employees at this location. If I could give it a 1/2 a star in would."

"If i could give 0 stars, just based on the manager diana exchange experience tonight I would. Even though, the other two associates were very nice and I like the clothes. She was just very unaccommodating and should not be in customer services. I was probably in the store for a good 45min trying to figure out how to exchange my clothes. Thank god I read the policy posted or I would have had to go back again or buy something I didnt want just to complete the exchange. What a nightmare.. Store # 5597 this all happened before closing"
