"My experience started out great after being assisted by Alysha D. by the fitting rooms however it was quickly changed for the worse. One of the managers at the register, her name being Mandy G. felt the need to take it upon herself to invite herself into a conversation I was having with my sister and my friend. She then proceeded to insult my friend and question as to whether or not she was educated. When we told her we were not talking to her she said she would call the cops on us due to HER being THREATENED. I’m not sure what training is required to be a manager at your store it’s clear that Mandy G. still requires a bit more. Especially on customer service, racism and racial profiling and discrimination."

"The store has a large amount of inventory. Staff is not happy or friendly. The most shocking was how filthy the dressing rooms were. Come on the floors were so filthy and filled with hair mixes with dust balls ... just gross"

"One of the cleanest TJ Maxx's I have ever been. The entire store was very well maintained, even the dressing room floors were immaculate. All beauty items and soaps were organized. This store has a very large section dedicated to DISCOUBTED LABELS, called The Runway. You can find designer shoes, bags and clothing. A visit to the TJ Maxx - Glades Rd is worth the visit!"

"The shops on this mall might be dead empty, but not the Maxx. On a Friday this branch becomes a shopper magnet. All registers staffed and ringing in those sales. As always, I found a brand treasure in the haystack."
