"This is the 3rd Burlington I’ve been to and the latter is worse than the first. If you are someone who likes to try on your clothes before buying then do not shop here or at any Burlington. A few months ago, I went to the Burlington in okeechobee and wanted to use the fitting room, the manager told me the ladies fitting room was closed and I should go to the men’s while there was already a man in there. What in the world in wrong with these people? Today I went to the one in Northlake and at first, I was impressed with the organization and cleanliness. I spent a whole hour picking out clothes just to be told the fitting room is closed so I asked if I could come back tomorrow and the employee let me know that it won’t be open the next day either and it hasn’t been open ever since she started working there. The least they could’ve done was put up a sign that the fitting rooms aren’t open so people are not caught off guard but you could tell these people have no respect for the customers. I only spent $40 there but it might be worth to return everything. These people do not deserve my hard earned money."

"The lines are hideous every single time I have purchased something the last two weeks. ONE cashier one day and another lady was putting SOCKS up! The line got longer and longer. Yesterday there were two clerks but one was just yucking it up with a customer while again, the line grew and we continued to wait. Prices are good but the experience stinks."

"I usually have a pleasant shopping experience at this location, however after last night I will not be returning. Last night, I arrived a little over an hour prior to closing and 15 minutes into my shopping trip, an announcement was made that the the store would be closing in 15 minutes. This completely caught me off guard and had me all sorts of confused. Once I got to the front, I said to the Manager, I thought the store closes at 12 midnight? She responded that they do, but since she has to return first thing the next morning to open and since I was the last shopper in the store she was closing early and was not keeping the store open another 40 minutes for only one customer and the employees were all ready to go home. She stated she can't take the chance of having any more customers come in to shop. She also stated that her boss told her, if there's only one customer in the store near the end of the night, she's allowed to basically kick them out and close early. I've never heard of such a thing in my life and I've worked retail for years! This wasn't the first time because about a month ago, I arrived at this same location about 45 minutes before they were due to close and was met with locked doors. So it seems like this happens often. I will not be returning and anyone reading please be aware that this location will close early if only one customer or no one is in the store simply because they want to go home. Here's a suggestion, don't work in retail!!!"
