"I had such a wonderful experience in this location. The ladies that work in this store are very professional but very down to earth and very funny women! They made my shopping feel more as a event than a actual hassle shopping. All three women helped me with coordinating all the perfect outfits for my upcoming trip to Italy. I can’t thank them enough!"

"I am a long standing customer but visited this store for the first time. I was not impressed with the service I received. The salesperson was very nice but deferred all the questions to the older person and she was rude and dismissive. Considering that the store was empty that was strange."

"If they allowed "0" stars that is what they would get. I had to "buy" a shirt in order to have it ordered and shipped TO THE STORE in a size we were "hoping" would fit. It did not. I was then told they could not refund me, but rather exchange or store credit me. I WAS NEVER TOLD of this policy and now I see I have not been the only one to experience this "bait and switch" as the other reviewer calls it. The shirt never even left the store! I have bought from this store twice before and can't believe they would sacrifice losing a loyal customer. Ironically, if I had bought the shirt from their online store I would have been allowed a return and full refund. Where is the sense in that logic?"

"I Have been a fan of their clothing for many years, but after experiencing their bait and switch on the returns policy, won't be shopping here any longer. I ordered 2 shirts online, returned 1, kept the other. They won't refund my money on the $325 top, only offered me a credit since I used a promo code for $50 off my total purchase. I spent over $500 on 2 shirts. Total BS and that technicality on the return is not in the fine print anywhere that I could see. For such a high end product, you would think they would have more class than this. I'm done with this retailer."

"I don't recommend ordering anything from this company. It took OVER a MONTH!!!!! (Coming from the USA mind you) Then I stopped in, and learned they had arrived the DAY BEFORE. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I could have flown to Italy, bought material, and made them myself in all that time!! FIRST AND LAST........."
