"This was a wonderful store. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. The only thing I would suggest would be some more seating options for people waiting on their friends/partners."

"I’ve been a Soma customer for over 6yrs now and I love their products! I stopped at this store on my way to the airport to get a few things since the closest one to me is in Nashville. I was absolutely disappointed at the lack of service as it was non existent as I walked through the store and saw 4 people working inside. My sister and her boyfriend walked in a few minutes after me and she was greeted and when my sister told her she was there with me, the young lady Still did not acknowledge my presence. Yes, I could have asked for assistance but why bother if I was invisible to begin with. I’ll go somewhere else that will appreciate my business. So DISAPPOINTING SOMA WINTER PARK and based on the reviews of this particular location, I am not the first to experience this type of treatment. Treat every customer that comes through your doors equally and not judge them on appearance."

"Elizabeth was so sweet and helpful! I had tried 3 different bras up until this point and none of them worked. I had no idea my size/style of bra wasn’t right. She gave me great advice about the size, shape and style bra I needed! I highly recommend Soma to everyone who needs great shape-wear along with a great experience!"

"They have chairs for us guys to sit and chat while the ladies shop. The ladies (fiance and daughters)were extremely pleased with their purchases, select bras were $30. Most importantly our daughters were able to be properly measured and fitted for apparel."

"Wonderful place to shop for intimates. We started coming here after our daughter could not find comfortable bras or any that fit correctly. The sales personnel at Soma are always very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable of the products available. They will measure you and make suggestions based on what you are looking for and it’s always a pleasure knowing you are getting a quality product. They have a wide range of sizes - particularly great for all sizes - but especially if you happen to be smaller frame with a larger cup size or vice versa. Also, if they happen not to have something in stock in store they will arrange to have it shipped to your home (usually) at no additional cost."
