"This is one of the worst places I have gone to shop at people here are totally rude. There's no hello nothing is organized the only thing they do is watch you to so see if you are stealing anything i guess they have had a alot of people doing this total shame."

"Horrible customer service. They have this blonde older cuban lady with black Glasses in the front who does not know how to process returns. She could not find my profile or the shoes I was returning, even when I told her to extend the dates. She called her manager who was even worse. The manager told her to scan the items (duh) to see what they are worth. She did that and told me the new prices, I agreed to exchange one item for merchandise and to give me store credit. She said she could not do that, that I would have to walk around store with my shoes to return and find something to exchange it for. I told her I just want a merchandise credit card. She argued with me and said that she does not make the decisions they come from the top, and then started to gossip with her co worker. Extremely unprofessional and I blame the manager that her staff has no clue what they are doing and she does not provide the service level Nordstrom has always given me. Update- drove to the regular Nordstrom where they found both orders and instead of receiving $30 for a $100 dress, or $70 for the shoes (full price) with the requirement of buying something there today instead of given store credit.. I received a full refund for both orders to the card. I just gave them my number and they were competent enough to find my profile unlike the unprofessional staff from nordstrom rack."

"This Nordstrom rack store was clean my first time there. But The store manager super rude and mocking unbelievable q that happen in Nordstrom . The incident was 12/29/2023 at 3:30pm she would not give me her name. The customer service en Nordstrom always is great, but not in Miracle Mile Store first time and last in Nordstrom Rack. I went to Nordstrom in Merrick Park and they made the change without any problem and they were very kind."

"Definitely one of the best Nordstrom rack locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to many in different states. Their shoe collection is pretty impressive with lots of ranges in sizes and prices. Their prices were reasonable and there is something for everyone. I also loved their designer sunglasses collection"
