"I am writing to share my delight for store 129. I am a consistent customer online. Therefore, many times, I have returns to make based on fit. Unfortunately, there are no Rainbow Shops nearby. When visiting Miami, I took advantage and went to store 129 located on 37th Avenue and 7 St. in the Northwest of Miami. I had a very large return with multiple transactions. Both the store manager (Yadira) and co-manager (Luz) were so extremely helpful. They were exceptional with their customer service. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall positive. Many times customers take the time to write or report when there are negative concerns. Yet, when there are exeptional experiences, those are not reported. I wanted to take the time for this store and it's managers to be commended. Respectfully"
