"The manager was awfully rude, I went there to make a return and she told me that it was not possible because the clothes didn’t have a tag, so I looked for the return policy and it didn’t say anything about the tag. Then, I tried to show her the policy, but she did not even look at it. Very poor customer service and employees. Wouldn’t come back to this store for sure."

"they followed my cousins and i around like if we were gonna steal or were stealing. it made us feel very uncomfortable and it was about 3-4 of them following us but they weren’t doing it to any of the other customers there. never coming again if they’re just gonna judge us based off of how we look."

"I can't complain I always find great deals here! They need more employees during the weekend though. The place is crowded especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Other than that, there are often offers, cloth quality is good!"

"Try to buy online... if they like you, done! you get your order. If they don't like you, you just don't get your order. That's the only thing i can say about this company. Tried to order online twice, they charged my debit card and next day they emailed me saying order was canceled. Called customer service and they couldnt say why it was canceled. they said someone would contact me and i never got a call or email. Called again and the lady that seems to be 14 years old couldnt help me at all. Actually she didnt want to hear me, saying it is just the procedure. Will never buy at this place ever again."
