"If you want to be mistreated and be bullied inside the store you are More than welcome to come over. They get mad at you for their own misleading being rude and disrespectful. Now I understand why this store is closing in this area. You have two RACKs of clothes that says 2 for 12 and when I select the items and went to pay they said that people put those clothes there. When I said but they are almost 12 of the same item in the rack they replied "those are for select items" and one of the store ladies went directly to the sign and point at it. So they want to charge full price for something that was in the discount side. I didn't mind to pay, sadly their behavior is shameful because it's unnecessarily 3 of those employees to treat customers that"

"Worst customer service ever. I came in to return a pair of sandals that the first time I put them on, broke on me while I was walking and almost hurt my toe. I came to the store with receipt, and with in the time specify on the receipt for exchange (I really wanted my money back but is not their protocol) and I felt by their attitude they were kind of questioning why I was back with a broken pair of shoes. The manager of the store, not sure if in fact was the manager with such a bad customer service knowledge, told me: "too many things could happens" and that those shoes have been in the store for over a month and nothing happened. You are kidding me. Obviously those sandals were defective and I am following their protocols read on their receipt, why the questioning and the doubt. Now I end with a store credit and I don't even want to go back to that store. There are plenty store that you can buy something with really good prices, good quality and if you need to return something they just give you your money back, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE"
