Reviews of Aéropostale
"I love Aeropostale; great clothes and great Prices. The Employers are always kind and calm. This Shop was like All other Aeropostale Stores very nice and clean too ; with friendly Employers"
"Yesterday my son and I went to this location to purchase his bottoms for school. As the new school year is near. We walked in and almost immediately were being watched and followed. When I was a teen I’ve worked this outlet so I let it because it was obvious that they we’re accustomed to theft. But my child and I were not the only ones in the store so I allowed them to do what they felt was needed to I guess anayalze the scene so that THEY were comfortable. I proceeded to ask for help with a size from the first stalker a young Hispanic female who did not provide much help I wanted to differentiate between the sizes as my son is a big boy she wasn’t much help so we got two different sizes and headed to the fitting room. Jokingly with my teenager I acted like I was going to go in the fitting room my way of saying “ ohh my baby you need help” of course I did NOT go in I was laughing and stepped back out. The young girl by the fitting room, the second STALKER didn’t take it like a joke and went to the counter to where I’m guessing a manager came to indirectly announce “ one to a fitting room”. Now at this point my mood shifted because it’s signs plastered on each fitting room stating “ one per fitting room” and fortunately I can read very well so I did not understand this at all. But again I stood in FRONT of the dressing room my son was in patiently waiting. Another STALKER came beside me pretending to fix the clearance racks that’s right in front of the fitting rooms. Mind you I had my small purse my son had nothing so I wondered if they think we are stealing or something where in the world these heavy duty clothing is going like be Foreal. My child opened the door to show me how those two pants fit we decided he needed to go up a size, Thank god a REAL sales associate who wanted to provide REAL customer service, Alex or maybe even Aleic assisted and even advised how the sizes go for waist and height. Trading the two that did not fit. We headed back to the fitting room where those sizes were perfect. I held onto the two pair across my arm as we were in fact buying those. Now it was time to find a pair of shorts and jeans. My son found the shorts of his liking handed them to me. We went to the Jean wall with Alex/Aleic who assisted in a dark wash and light wash no rips jeans. Again to the fitting room a couple of associates following in each area. The young girl approaches me as I wait offering a “shopping bag. Could’ve been simple customer service but the tone of voice, look on her face & previous notion she did I did not feel that way. So I replied “ No thank you you can put these at the register for holding “. This was to avoid this judgment that was placed onto my son and I when we first walked into the store. Once we decided the jeans was good, my child wanted to browse a second more for a possible hoodie. I handed the jeans over to another lady at the register because I was offered ANOTHER shopping bag. By now I just didn’t appreciate the experience it was like white on rice and not for customer service it was to be watched. I told my child let’s wrap it up. Not sure where the line was we stood where we assumed it was for maybe 3 minutes while one person is being ranged up eventually the little mean in the face associate was doing the ringing of these people says “ if your in line ( like we wasn’t standing there for that time right behind the customer SHE was ringing up) the line is right there. She pointed to the middle where a group of people was standing. Luckily another associate came up to ring us & the group allowed my son & i to go to the next associate because they knew and seen we were waiting first. The associate who rung us up was polite, I did ask her for the guy (Alex or Aleic) name and hers as to just about everyone else was not as pleasant and screwed looks upon their faces like we ate their dinner. I believe her name was maci my receipt says, sales person . 9. But if it wasn’t for these two associates my review definitely would’ve been 0"
"Very unfriendly staff. We were forbidden to use the changing room because the ladies were already one foot in the closing time. We thus had to try on the clothes in the middle of the store."
"Good prices as I'm used to but even cheaper because is an outlet store. It is located in the Florida Key Mall. They have a great variety of nice and so comfortable clothes for men and women. I got a dress for only $12, I will definitely go back for more!"
"I was out doing some last minute Christmas shopping in Florida keys prime outlet center. Aeropostale was having a large clearance sale so my family and I decided to check out the great deals. After ten minutes into shopping, I found some clothing for myself and decided to get help from an associate to use their fitting room I was helped by Aldrai, I kindly asked for assistance I advised her of how many pieces of clothing I had in hand to try on. She advised me they were closing in 10 minutes, I made my best effort to rush, after I finish in the dressing room my family and I made our way to the line. Then we noticed the store had three registers open with all tills being occupied I decided to countinue my shopping due to the staff having a line of customers and all "TILLS" being occupied. Which mite I add I was not the only person still shopping in the store!!!! Aldria advises me that I need to hurry up their registers were going to shut down I politely asked the associate where could I go due to the lack of registers. She countinue to make my family and I feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I kindly ask to speak with management she advise me to walk to the front. I made my way to the front to explain my complain to taj the manager on the floor where she did not do anything to fix the situation. Ultimately, I left all of my items and left due to the horrible customer service. Me nor my family will never shop with your company agin."
