"My last minute shopping go to for plus size clothing"

"This store is always super busy I have been shopping at rainbows for over forty years but all there secret rules to exchange a product is absolutely ridiculous so if even with a receipt you don’t have the tag for the merchandise I couldn’t get a bigger size this discourage me from shopping the rainbows anymore because I keep running into issues just to get the right size I’m not asking for money back and the problem is always at 79th street flea market good bye Rainbow you have more money then me to keep giving it away."

"Terrible service. They have signs saying that the close at 7pm. Come to find out, they close 10-15 minutes prior to seven. If so, why is the sign there. Highly disappointed!!!! I will never shop there anyway!!!! They also have a poor selection of plus size clothing."

"Terrible customer service. I was just there and I lost my car keys. Me and my sister spent almost an hour looking for the keys. I asked the manager if she was able to check security cameras because maybe someone took it and she refused to and simply walked away. Didnt even offer to help us look for the keys. Didn’t even finish her sentence. Very bad customer service. She could at least been nice and friendly about it but no. Never attending this rainbow store ever again."

"I went in a for a refund, I didn’t have the card i payed with so the manager said to come back later with card if I didn’t want a store credit, she hands me back the return slip & states to come back later... when i come back management in the time dont know anything about what happened! The item i want to return is nowhere to be found! & the manager there cant do anything about it! Here i am looking like a dummy with no dress or no cash!!"
