"I find it ridiculous that the store closes at 7 and at 6pm on the dot dressing rooms are closed and they make absolutely no exceptions. This has happened to me multiple times at this same location and honestly make me not want to shop here anymore"

"Disrespectful customer service. Be prepared for NO RETURNS, with receipt, even if the item is unworn, purchased from the same store days before, and with tags attached. Just go somewhere else"

"i am never going back to this forever 21. they have this policy “fitting rooms closed monday-thursday”. i wish i would’ve known that before i wasted my time looking for dresses. they are super strict with returns so what is the solution? to buy all the dresses they could easily not take back? spend hundreds of dollars to simply try on? i asked a lady if the fitting room was closed to make sure and she gave me so much attitude. some people are busy on weekends and can’t come back another time. i’m not wasting my time at this location again."

"Rude customer service all around. Do not pick “ship to store” because your order will be given away since they don’t check for ID, name and order number. Anyone can go pick it up (internal theft)."

"This forever 21 has gone down the drain. They are selling broken things and do not allow you to exchange them once you realize they are broken even if you come back on the same day. The manager with the blonde hair is rude to the workers there in front of all the customers which makes the store look even worse. She will also not look at you in the eye when talking to you and seem like she didn’t care to even listen. I used to love this store and decided to give it a second change but I regret it. Will not recommend this"
