Prefers to lose a $300 sale (and a customer) than to make any effort to contact her customer service for assistance in dealing with a problem. It’s unfortunate because I like the store, and the sales associate that helped me was wonderful. Online customer service number took care of my order in 5 minutes - they took the time to listen, offer a solution, and politely place my order. Will not return to that store."
