"Every single time I go in here I could walk through the door a million times that not a single associate greets me, if I need help finding a size, I have to hunt someone down and ask, the other day I asked a associate if they had a certain item as I could not find it, her answer was I don’t know.. that’s it, didn’t offer to ask or help. I walked in a couple times on employees complaining to the manager about customers and how they need to be help, the manager agree, customers are sure annoying, I can’t get to anything because I have a stroller and everything is on the way and there is not room for me to fit, I imagine a handicap person couldn’t shop here. But the main reason why I’m not coming back here is because of the manager, he is continuously coughing and has his mask down every time I come in which makes me uncomfortable as I’m there with my infant who doesn’t wear a mask, while the manager coughs all over the store with his mask down his neck. I won’t be back."

"Pregnant women are considered high risk when it comes to COVID. Their posted mask and safety policy is great. It’s a small store though and it takes store leadership to enforce their policies. Once inside, we noticed that people had their masks down, some completely off, and the manager there saw it and said nothing. In fact, he had his mask down most of the time too. My wife was pregnant and we had our child with us. We left. It’s hard, but step up and own your stores policies so others are comfortable shopping there please."
