"If I could provide Zero Stars...I would. Visited this location in March 2022 with my sister whom is handicapped. The handicapped stall was stuffed full of metal clothing racks, and whatever else they felt like storing in their. When I inquired after the stall, I was given lip service and a dismissive, "Awwww we're sorry." I sent in a complaint that went up to someone higher up that dropped off the face of the Earth so, guess our concern and money are too good for this Chain. Don't shop this location. Go elsewhere and boost that stores sales, not this one."
"Attempted to shop at this store because Rue always has cute styles and my 15 year old needed some back to school items. We spent over 30 minutes picking out items and asked an associate(Summerlin) is they possibly had one of the skirts in a different size. We were told no because that skirt was a clearance. We were thrilled because we had picked 3 others. We had walked to the location and the associate said oh those aren’t on clearance amd then said she really didn’t know. I asked how we are to know and she said: I couldn’t tell you. I went up to the counter amd the MOD walked me over to the section and picked out the one’s that were on clearance amd gave a slew of excuses. I plead my case of lost time amd she basically told me oh well and offered no customer service or consideration for our time amd their lack of proper marking. We ended up leaving the store and the MOD said bye bye luv as we walked out. Very low-class Rue 21."
"This is my favorite store in the mall! As a plus size girl, shopping can be pretty hard in the mall. But Rue frequently has my size. They also have really amazing sales and really cheap panties that are adorable (but they tend to run a little small, so be careful). Definitely worth a look, and shop their sales!"
