Animal Care Extraordinaire

"My recently adopted kitty has been suffering with awful itching, and his little face was a mess. After a couple of visits to my local vet, with no improvement, I brought him to Animal Care Extraordinaire for a second opinion. It has only been two days since his visit, but I think the problem may have been correctly diagnosed this time. It looks like a food allergy, and when the bill came, I was really surprised. The rates are so reasonable at Animal Care Extraordinaire. I also like having just one vet for my pet."

"Picked up my two dogs after a four long boarding stay while we were out of town. extremely disappointed with the level of care our animals received. Both were covered in feces. paws were soaked and stained with urine, feces caked on their behind and even on their ears. I don’t care what your regulations are with animal care allowing our dogs to be returned in this state is unacceptable. Will never take my dogs here again and hope no else leaves their dogs there for a stay. Absolutely ridiculous sleeping and living in their own filth for only a few days."

"The doctor is wonderful. She called me as soon as she received Jasmine's blood work and gave me some very interesting news. She promised to call when the remaining results of the blood test were in.. The office staff are also great. They are caring and compassionate. The only negative about this office is the wait time. There is no good reason for the patient and her owners to wait in a tiny waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Vets need to keep to their appointment time as well as doctors are supposed to. I do not understand why you have to be there at the appointed time, only to wait for extended periods of time to see the vet. I could understand it if they were busy, but we were the only patients there at the time."
