"Since the outlets in the Fort Myers area are both closed now, I drove all the way up to Ellenton to shop for my favorite bra (I couldn't order online since I`m from Germany). I went there on January 12th. Both ladies who worked that day were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they only had one bra in my size and style available, they made me feel really good about shopping there. They offered calling me, when the model would be back in stock. Great service! Will come back next time when I'm on vacation again."

"I went in looking for new under garments. I asked to be measured and was told they don't do that anymore, fine so she showed how to do it. Not a big deal. While I was looking for bras to try on I was helped, however everytime I looked for her she was playing with her phone ignoring customers. I havebeen getting my bras from brand for years, I tried on a few and they did not worked out. The girl stayed on her phone without a care."

"Went in with my mom, had a shopping bag with me with some pricey merchandise. So the store clerk wouldn’t let me into the room with my shopping bag of things that I had purchased, which I found a little odd because it is essentially implying that every shopper is a thief. Not good Hanes! Get better surveillance cameras. I made a of show of checking my bag out when I went to retrieve it because who is to say the clerk didn’t put something in it or take something from me. Very unimpressed. I do not get treated like this at Soma or Victoria Secret, so I guess I will take my business elsewhere."
