She greeted me immediately when I arrived with a sincere smile! She exhibits great care for patrons in the store as I observed. I have a lot experience in sales, management and customer service and I asked if she was a manager to which she replied, "I hope so very soon!" I was surprised that she wasn't a manager. I wanted to tell management of her wonderful execution of her job. I certainly hope that a positive person like Mallori will be a manager as she is an asset to your organization.
