"Nice sell. Same as RVA."

"Purchased a two piece suit for my son, got home only to realize that the cashier didn't remove the anti theft tag. Contemplated returning to the store.. But it meant I would have incurred Uber taxi charges. Decided to look at a you tube video to figure it out. Unfortunately, the item ripped while attempting to remove the tag. Next day I went back to this store, spent 24.00 in Uber charges because of the mistake of the cashier only to be told I can only exchange the item. Like really Old Navy???. On top of that the manager on this shift (Caucasian male) was very much disrespectful with his tone and mannerism. In fact, I sort of picked up a racist air about him."

"To be such a busy time of year this store is super clean and organized. Very impressed with that and the staff is very nice and helpful. We found everything my daughter was looking for and more, the best part was the prices. Will continue returning here for clothing for my growing 10 yr old."

"Today the staff on the floor were unusually helpful. They helped me find exactly the belt I wanted and it was on sale. When it came to eye contact, sincere smiles and genuine helpfulness I found their customer service better than I’ve seen at the last few Old Navy’s I’ve visited (Sawgrass and on University Ave in Ft. Lauderdale). This location has escalators and an elevator to get you to the second floor where they have the children’s clothes. Their staff are good at styling their clothes on the mannequins."

"Clean and organized Old Navy. Kids clothing is upstairs and the adult clothing downstairs. Currently can only try on clothes downstairs and not upstairs probably due to COVID. May have issues finding help from staff."
