"I just want to say every time Ive been in this store Ive had a good experience They helped me exchange a gift from last christmas for the right size in January but i thought i was going to have to just return it and just recently I was able to find some shirts that I was looking at online in the store. Angelina helped me find just what I was looking for and brings back the whole reason you go to the mall to shop Thank you"

"Tilly's offered a 20% discount to sign up with them. After doing so, I saw the list of exclusions listed most everything on their website being excluded from the discount. I ordered a hat over 2 weeks ago, still don't have it, and now that it's on sale, I called asking for a refund of the difference. I was told I had to repurchase the hat and return the one I paid more for. This is my first and LAST time doing business with Tilly's."

"My teenage daughter has told me about several time going into the store and been made to feel very uncomfortable. Employees asking what she was doing there and implying she didn't have money so she should leave and then followed her around the store. I brushed it off thinking she is a kid and they probably have a bit of theft in the store. Today was a different story. I went in to exchange a sweatshirt my daughter purchased and didn't have the receipt. All I wanted was a exchange since it had a rip in it. I go up to two ladies that work there and apparently interrupted a personal conversation they were having. I was then told I could look for a exact replacement or they could not do anything. I told her that was all I wanted and asked where to find them she pointed in a direction and said somewhere in the rack over there but it must be the exact same size and shirt. Luckily I found what I needed and she called on her little walkie talkie to inform the very nice kid behind the counter that I was doing a exchange and might need a override. She was also 10 feet away and could have just said it outloud since we all heard it. As a person who works in the service industry I cannot believe this is how they treat people and this lady is a manager . Shame on her and shame on the business that allows this."

"Not good about returns without receipt. I attempted to exchange an expensive VAN's shirt after the collar came off the 1st time I washed it.They did not have an even exchange. They did not try to make it right on a new shirt or anything. They were rude. I didn't steal the shirt. I paid 40 bucks and gave it as a gift. Imagine my embarassment! And shame on Tilly's."
