"Unfortunately, a little disappointed with the customer service and refund policy. I placed an online order for two dresses for an event and unfortunately wasn’t able to come pick them up. My son got super sick and I missed the event entirely. I called the store to ask if I could cancel the curbside order, she said no and wasn’t friendly at all. It was like an SOS your out of luck attitude. I understand if the items left your store, your store policy is whatever you set and I would understand but to only issue store credit on an item I never picked up doesn’t seem to reasonable but the lack of understanding or friendly customer service in explaining that just really rubbed me wrong. I wished more understanding was given in this situation or at least better customer service and explanation of the return policy even if I didn’t agree with it."
