"Been shopping here for years - the New York grandkids especially love their SS stuff, so we purchased sweatshirts as Xmas gifts. Two needed larger sizes, so we brought them back to FL with us when we returned after the holiday, expecting an easy exchange. NOPE! Their’s is a strict “7 day from purchase” return/exchange policy, with no holiday gift exceptions. Very disappointing. So, beware if you’re thinking of bringing home a SS souvenir shirt or sweatshirt - be sure it fits because you’ll be stuck with it. There’s an expensive mistake I won’t be making again :("
