Great selection of clothes that are high quality. I NEVER shop retail, this is always the 1st place I shop, many items are brand new with tags or in like new condition. I support small business 100%!! Goodwill gets items donated & has "higher" prices than OODLES!! Kids grow so fast, thankful for this wonderful place over the past few years for my 11 grands!!"

"Their donation practices have varied greatly and have become quite ridiculous as of late. If I’m willing to sort my gently used items and place them in your bins why on earth would I need to purchase and use my own reusable bin or bag to bring in my items to you? I’m not leaving my personal property that I intend to keep at the store and if I have to sort through it anyway why would it matter what I use to bring it in, makes absolutely no sense. Reevaluate your policies, if people are sorting in shop either way you won’t have to worry about poop and fishing hooks"

"For purchasing items, it’s a great store. If you’re looking to sell items, I would go somewhere else. I took several baby items + a mamaroo swing. The swing was supposed to be consignment and the other items were to be on buy out. I got told I would receive $89 on my account for the items on buy out and that I wouldn’t get money for swing until it sold. Few weeks go by, I notice the swing sold but didn’t hear from the store. I called to check on it- confirmed it sold. However, they said I received $50 for it and that was part of my $89 I received when I took everything in although the $89 was supposed to be for my other items as the team members explained to me and the swing money would be added later when it sold. The swing was supposed to be on consignment so we’d receive more money, yet they apparently did it as buy out and did not tell me. I feel completely gypped. I would have never agreed to handing over all my items to them had I known I was only getting $89 for the swing and everything else I dropped off. I was told one thing and they did another. When I called, they didn’t really seem to care nor did I even get an apology for the mistake made or for me getting less money on the swing. Due to no issue on my end- I lost out on money and agreed to an amount after told incorrect information by the team members. I understand mistakes happen but it’s disappointing nothing was done to try to fix the issue or an apology made. Sad because I’ve spent a lot of money here."
