"I have always shopped at burlington, but as of today it is no longer my choice store. I got a blouse as a birthday present that didn't fit and I decided to exchange it but I didn't have the receipt, after all it was a gift. The cashier, totally unprepared and rude, said that I needed to inform the phone number or have the card that the purchase was made. I informed my sister-in-law's phone number, but at the time of purchase they optionally say inform the phone number and my sister-in-law had not informed. The employee simply said that I needed to return the card with which the purchase was made and that he could not do anything. Remembering that the blouse was with the store tag. I'm disappointed with this store, I've always been a customer and I already need to change other times and they only asked me for an ID since the tags are still on the clothes."
