"Belk in Winter Haven is the worst place to shop!Don't know why they closed the Macy's. Store is kind of empty being that is almost Christmas. One person working the lone register in the whole store. Waited 38 minutes to find what I need it and check out. Took whatever they had because they didn't have what I wanted. Ask for the gift offered with purchase and of course they didn't have any. But it still shows in the you get a set of earrings with a Coach purchase. Wow. No managers araound to ask them questions. Nothing. Really bad customer service. Vickey working hard by herself. No help for her helping with perfumes, jewelry and purses. So sad."
