"Just walked in tonight and both employees were outside hanging out, I literally walked past them and they didn't say a word. Once inside I walked around the aisles and the male employee that was one aisle over didn't ask if I needed help and on the way out the door the female employee looks right at me and didn't say a word, didn't acknowledge my existence, both employees couldn't even give me the common courtesy of a hello or good by. This is sad, that I supported them in the past and made purchases and tonight would've been the same thing, but because of the fact these two employees couldn't give me a once of respect I went across town, a 20 minute drive to shoe carnival, a corporate store and what a surprise I was greeted by the cashier as I walked, as I walked down the aisle another employee said hello and asked if I need help. Sorry shoe depot but I spent $150 at shoe carnival because your employees do not car"
