"I went to Marys with no appointment and no idea what I wanted. I picked a few dresses that were all so hard to decide between until Marlena brought a "suggestion" dress, which ended up being the one. The service from Mary and Marlena was incredible and will keep them in mind for future dress needs. You really cant beat finding your dress in one day!"

"I love supporting a local business and my dress was gorgeous. However, their customer service left much to be desired. They are great until you buy your dress, and then they are nearly impossible to get ahold of. I had to call repeatedly to find out that my dress was ready and then I never heard how much alterations would cost until I got there to pick up my dress and they only accept cash for alterations. On the topic of alterations, I would STRONGLY advise against using their tailor. They will not give you a quote ahead of time, and my alterations ended up costing $550+ and she BUTCHERED my dress (they left a raw hem on my lace dress, the inside stitching was a mess, the dress still didn’t fit). This was one week before my wedding. I left in tears and had to find another tailor in town to fix my dress just days ahead of my wedding. After all of this, they did not give me a discount or anything to make up for it. I would only suggest buying here if you fall in love with a gown and have a LOT of lead time before your wedding and plenty of patience."

"I chose Mary’s Bridal solely on the google reviews! They did not disappoint! Marlene and Adrienne are the absolute sweetest people ever. I was in search of a dress for my sons wedding, and I was shopping by myself! They were honest and helpful, and I walked out feeling confident that my dress would be amazing. I didn’t care for the 3/4 lace sleeve, so at my try on appt, I met their amazing seamstress! She is a miracle worker and her attention to detail is second to none! She recreated the sleeve exactly how I envisioned it! And I must admit that the alterations did not break the bank either. I hope you visit their shop and feel welcomed like I did! ❤️"
