"The Garments I purchased was of great quality. My husband is tall and stout, I love that this retailer caters to Big and Tall men. Unfortunately, the problem I came across was the salesperson or manager of the store in Ocala FL. Her personality was less than pleasant. She acted like I bothered her? I realize that Days get long and sometimes this will wear on a person. But she didn't smile or say anything upbeat at all. Seems like maybe she needs a different profession??"

"Reason took care of me at this store, and what a blast I had. She was super nice to me and was very patient. She had other customers in the store and no matter how many times I bothered her she always had a smile on her face while attending to my needs. There are other employees at this store but I’m sorry I can’t shop unless she’s there. She always makes sure that I can find everything ok and even gives me suggestions on other clothing. She deserves a raise or vacation or something!"
