"I really wish I could post this with a zero star rating. The two men that were working the registers were not only rude but more concerned with their shift being almost over and that someone needed to come release them. I used to work retail so trust me I do understand. However, to completely dismiss and degrade me as a customer that’s a whole nope for me. Also some guy came in to return underwear and the guy behind the registered sniffed it! Yes that’s what I said sniffed it my mother in law and I couldn’t get out of that store fast enough. I’ll stick to online shopping."

"This is the worst VS store I have ever been in and I have been in a whole lot of them. They dress like the just rolled out of bed. Stuff thrown everywhere. They definitely need an over haul!!!"

"It’s a Friday night in December, just 3 weeks until Christmas, and at the Ocala Mall store there is only one cashier. The line is long, and not one other employee is coming to help. Way to prepare Victoria’s Secret! In case you forgot, customer service still matters."

"For a first time shopper at Victoria’s Secret, it was a terrible experience! Walked around for a bit and wasn’t offered assistance, at check out, the girl seemed to be hungry as she was on her phone ordering her enchiladas with extra cheese. Not even a simple “hi, how are you?” from her. Asked for any available coupon, she coldly said “we don’t have any.” First and last time purchasing from them. Bath & Body Works is where my money will go for any fragrances."

"The customer service here is an absolute joke. Went in today for an exchange after an already bad experience a few weeks ago. I went in to purchase a certain bra, the gentlemen working stated they no longer sold that bra and it had been replaced with something else. When I got home I looked online and instantly found it, even said they had some in stock in ocala. So today I go to exchange and they tell me they don’t carry in store. This was after I waited in line 10 minutes and they said go pick something else out. So I go back to the register and they say it’s been past 30 days you have to do an exchange. This was after waiting another 15 minutes in line. I ask to do an exchange with an online purchase, they say okay no problem. She looks and the system is down then says find something in store. All of the staff looked like they rolled out of bed wearing sweats and tank tops. The lady running the register asked multiple times if someone else could open another register with no response. Better management is needed. I left and went to another location."
