"Do not know if their main stores are better, but do know that the quality of clothing in this Ocala store is the worst I have seen. Check your receipt for return policy, then hand back the purchase. The tops are marked ridiculously high, then discounted over and over to an amount they should have been originally. The sleeves on the tops are too long, and won't stay up, just stretch out and fall. Material is flimsy and shrinks drastically so that you have a crop top. Saleswomen there, lie through their teeth and try to intimidate you. Return is only on tagged, unworen and unwashed clothing. They do not care that it hits the rag bag after one wear."

"I love this store but today after getting their 2 day sale ad on my phone I decided to get up out of my bed where I had been for two day with my back being out and suffer through walking to shop their store to save money on the clothes o I love. I got here and the store is closed . No mention that they are closed on the door . While I sat there several people have come up and tried the same thing I did. I’ve called the store and no one picks up. What’s going on? I’m pretty upset in light of the fact that I am in pain but to be closed and no indication why on the door is not good customer service!! Guess I’ll stop shopping here!"

"I had been looking for 2 different color tops for a few weeks and while on vacation I went into Destin location and they didn't have them. They gave me the number of the Heath Brook location and Peach answered when I called she originally said they didn't have any but she called me back about 15 minutes later and she had stumbled upon them. I was shocked she took the time to do that . Peach was awesome and I am so grateful for her going above and beyond to help me. She is a great asset to Talbot's amazing team!"
