"Due to my busy schedule, I called ahead to see if any of the cosmetic counters had a particular product and they did. Mid- December, assuming pushy holiday shoppers; I figured no more than 10 minutes in and out. I entered Dillards straight from the parking lot. The moment I was inside I had to stop and take in all the loveliness of everything I was looking at. I could see the cosmetics counters straight ahead, so I didn’t detour, however, I was delighted to see employees very well dressed, busy helping shoppers. It was very busy, even the smell in the air was a pleasant reminder of my childhood- holiday shopping with my mom in Macy’s in New Jersey. I purchased my product within the allotted 10 minutes from an expert cosmetologist, she amazed me with her knowledge on the product I called ahead for, she helped me choose the correct color for my skin tone. I thanked her up and down and headed towards the entrance I came in which happened to be where the Ladies Shoes are sold. Indeed, I stopped and purchased myself a pair of equestrian (English Style) riding boots for a great price. Total time spent 20 minutes. I wanted to stay a bit longer but kept to my schedule. Very happy experience!"

"Their service is impeccable. While shopping, a salesperson came over to us to ask if we needed help without being asked. I felt as if he may have been heading for a break. He changed his direct to help us. We were ready to check out and headed to his register to finish our purchase. Each year, my wife and I shop for an ornament for a Christmas ornament exchange party.
