"I had purchased product, bit then saw Senior discount on Monday. I asked to return and rebuild for discount. I was told by Mgmt that they would not do that. I returned later and repurchased. Poor customer service."

"I have been shopping at T.J.Maxx for as long as I can remember. My mother shopped there with me, I kept the tradition with my daughter and grandchildren. Now my daughter and kids shop there too. I even got my husband and step-mother into T.J. Maxx and the other Marmaxx store's. You just can't beat it for the prices and selection of item's from clothes, to kitchen needs. Check out the spices. I'm also partial to T.J.Maxx because I had the privilege to work for them for 25 year's. Although I am now retired I still remember how the company stressed how the store's should look and be maintained. It was a pleasure to see that even though it was at the end of the winter season, a busy time of the year, the store was very well maintained and the associates were kind. Keep up the great work! P.S. I took back rug to Target because I found better prices and quality at this store. What was I thinking going anywhere else!"

"Love TJ Maxx but the employee's make it very difficult to browse around and shop, especially for clothes. The employee's stand in the middle of multiple aisles blocking you from being able to look and find things because they are sorting clothes etc. I understand they are doing their job but I think there should be a better way because the customers cannot shop."

"My best friend & I shop here all the time and love coming to this tj maxx. This time however we were singled out of a crowd while smelling perfumes and the lady rudely got onto us about "spraying them" when she literally watch us just take the cap off and smell it to put it back? We ended up leaving without buying anything after that experience"

"Very fun to explore and see what they have. Broad selection of skincare, shampoo/conditioner, hand bags/purses, pet supplies, water bottles, and kitchen items. Not to mention plenty of decor. They do take Apple Pay."
