"We absolutely love Dr. Bissel! We live in Jacksonville Beach and we are willing to drive the 25 minutes to see him! His bedside manner and knowledge are unmatched. He loves our dog like his own and she’s healthy and well at 14! He sat and cried with us in the floor when we had to say goodbye to our boy a few years ago. You won’t find a better vet! The facility is great!"
