"Horrible Service I ordered a pink bouquet of flowers from their website and sent them to my mother. My mother received a bunch of different flowers looked like a kindergarten put it together totally unprofessional! I’m very disappointed!!! It had dead flowers and didn't look one bit similar to what I ordered! The lady said it was all they had left! I called before they even made them and she didn't say anything about not having what I ordered!! It was way over priced for what was Recieved!!! Complete waste if money an time!! I do not recommend!!"
"Love love love this place and the wonderful people who run it. If your a bargain shopper and love really nice old things ..this is the place to go. They have clothes, jewelry, beds, everything you'll ever want or need for your home. Let's not forget about Mrs. Lanays florist in the back, And of course Ms. Ashley will be greeting you at the front door ready to book an appointment for your next hair style or need. Morgan and Cody are also there always ready to help with anything one might need. I highly recommend this to be one of your go to while in franklin county"
"Horrible experience- my son ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they apparently were delivered on Saturday. The Flowers were left in the 80 plus degrees in an obscure area on the elevated porch in hot sun. They were dead long before I could find them three days later. Spoke with the owner of the shop who offered no solution or apology. Would not redeliver the flowers nor take any responsibility for the poor customer experience. She wanted to know why my son didn't call me and ask if I got them as opposed to a simple phone call from her shop letting us know they had been left outside in the sun. My phone number was on the card. For an occasion of any importance steer clear of this florist in Apalachicola Florida. Totally unreliable and poor business practices."
