"Loved Carters until today. Traveled to the store to pick up some things for my little guy. Arrived at 7:08 pm to be turned away, when they close at 8! Two ladies at the register and two people shopping was told I had to leave and could not make any purchases. The reason we are closing early due to staffing shortages? But you have two employees at the register and I just need to grab a couple things. Sorry yeah we are closed is not the answer! If you are closed then everyone in the store needs to leave and the doors should have been locked. Bad way to do business especially for a repeat customer……Very sad I will never return to shop here again!!!"
